Each month that the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education meets,
the BESE Office will post the monthly agendas for BESE Standing/Special
Committees,
the full Board meeting, and the Advisory Council meetings for the month.
It is anticipated that the agendas will be posted 10 days before the
scheduled meetings. The agendas will remain on the site
throughout
the week of Board meetings and will be removed the following week.
Constituents can access the agendas for all of the BESE meetings or for
specific Standing/Special
Committees by clicking on the links provided. For more information
about the duties of BESE, the BESE standing/special committees, or the

home page.
Board and Committee Agendas will continue to be posted for public viewing
in the Claiborne State Building outside of the Louisiana Purchase auditorium.
Advisory Council agendas will be posted outside of the BESE office on the
5th floor of the Claiborne Building. Advisory Council meetings are subject
to change and/or cancellation. If you are planning to attend a BESE Advisory
Council meeting, please contact the BESE Office at (225) 342-5840 for confirmation
on the meeting time, date, and location.
