Summary of Reported Personnel and District Salaries
These documents are prepared from staff information submitted as of October each year by the parish/city public school districts in the Profile of Educational Personnel (PEP) report. The front section, Summary of Reported Personnel, condenses staff demographic data into selected functional groupings of certificated and non-certificated positions, with the first page containing statewide totals and an additional page for each school district. The back section, Summary of District Salaries Reported, provides statewide and school district breakdowns of employees by each reported combination of object and function code, including number of reported employees; related full-time equivalents (FTE); the annualized low, high, and average budgeted salary; and the relative ranking of the district’s average salary. The summary for each year is presented in Adobe Acrobat (PDF). The staff summary and district salary sections are each provided as downloadable Excel files.
