Enter by May 7 for a chance to win one of 20 free passes to Louisiana’s premier professional learning event
In celebration of Teacher Appreciation Week, the Louisiana Department of Education is awarding 20 teachers with VIP passes to Teacher Leader Summit 2026, which takes place May 26-28 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.
Each VIP pass includes:
- Teacher Leader Summit registration for all three days
- VIP seating for the opening session, keynoted by LSU women’s basketball head coach Kim Mulkey
How to Enter
Louisiana teachers who do not already have a paid registration can enter by completing a short online form. Entries will be accepted through May 7. Winners will be selected at random, with preference given to first-time Teacher Leader Summit attendees. Winners will be notified via email May 8.
Important Details
VIP passes cover TLS registration only. They do not include travel, lodging, or meals outside of the lunches provided during the first two days of Teacher Leader Summit.
Winners must be able to attend Teacher Leader Summit and must complete registration by May 12. Registration instructions will be shared with each winner.
