The Louisiana Department of Education is reimaging the state's educator
evaluation, guided by feedback from over 8,000 Louisiana educators. The
initiative addresses key concerns within the education community, striving
to develop a more responsive and impactful process that benefits both
educators and students. The statewide implementation of LEADS is
scheduled for the 2025-2026 school year.
