Data Sharing Agreements

Data Sharing Agreements (DSA) are established, pursuant to R.S. 17:3914, with all vendors that deliver services under state contracts and for any approved research studies that comply with the student privacy law. A list of all executed data sharing agreements is listed below.

Data sharing legislation also requires school systems to have a data sharing agreement (DSA) with vendors that deliver services under state contracts. To facilitate this process, school systems can opt into these agreements by downloading the addendum, signing,  and submitting the agreement using the submission link in the Data Sharing Agreement Tracker.
