TEACHER LEADER SUMMIT 2026 CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS OPEN OCTOBER 15 TO DECEMBER 5

Informational webinars offered October 15 at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

The Louisiana Department of Education invites educators across the state to apply to present at Teacher Leader Summit 2026, which is taking place May 26–28, 2026 at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

The call for presentations will be open October 15–December 5. Submission guidelines will be posted soon on the Teacher Leader Summit webpage.

Big ideas start with educators just like you. Whether you're a classroom teacher, school leader, early childhood professional, or system staff member, your insight and experience can help move Louisiana education forward. Presenters will have the opportunity to share effective strategies, spark new thinking, and shape what’s next for students and fellow educators.
