$1,000 STATEWIDE CONSTRUCTION SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE FOR JUMP START GRADUATES
February 14, 2025This unique scholarship provides $1,000 awards to Jump Start graduates who earn both a Jump Start credential and a Louisiana high school diploma, and who plan to enroll full-time in an LCTCS Construction Pathway Program or an Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) training program in the summer or fall immediately following high school graduation. -
LOUISIANA RANKS FIRST IN THE NATION FOR READING, SECOND FOR MATH ON LATEST EDUCATION RECOVERY SCORECARD
February 11, 2025A prominent national study from Harvard and Stanford shows Louisiana is leading the nation for academic recovery. The Education Recovery Scorecard ranks Louisiana first in the nation for reading and second for math. Louisiana is the only state where the average student has completed their recovery.
